Contest Rules:

• 1) Contest is open to public.
• 2) Each Participant may submit up to three (3) Photographs for the contest.
• 3) Submission after deadline will not be entertained.
• 4) Only original and unmodified images taken in Sabah will be accepted.
• 5) Photographs that are deemed obscene, provocative or otherwise containing objectionable content will be rejected.
• 6) By submitting a photograph the participant is undertaking the responsibility of admitting that it is his/her own original work and that he/she alone own the copyright to the photograph.
• 7) Participant is also taking the responsibility that it is an authentic and accurate depiction of subject matter presented.
• 8) Participant is also taking the responsibility that no other party has any right, title, claim or interest whatsoever in the photograph.
• 9) Participant must grant the Organizer a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to display the photograph.
• 10) The decision of the panel of judges is final.
  

Closing Date

The closing date of this competition is 16th June 2009. All entries must be received by the advertised closing time and date.
